James Michael Moore

January 16, 1951 - June 20, 2022

James Michael “Mike” Moore, age 71, died at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN on June 20th , 2022. He entered the Air Force in May 1971 as a wide band communications technician and served 20 years, retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Moore, father, James M .Moore, mother, Betty Vassaur Kennedy, and his wife, Karen A. Moore. He is survived by his three children, Jeffrey M. Moore(Sarah Moore), Whitney A. Collier(Ryan Collier), Emma L. Hobbs(Graham Hobbs), eight grandchildren, and sister, Deborah K. Moore. A private memorial will be held by family at a later date.
